So Many Doors
So many doors. Too many.
Too many options and not one single hint. What is the world coming to?
It’s not as if I can go door to door checking to see which one I want to take.
No. Instructions said “only choose one”. That’s all. No clue.
Not a hint as to what might happen if I chose two. Or six. What then?
How am I to know if the risk is worth the consequences?
Someone I knew once said “just hold your hand over the doorknobs, you’ll feel the one”.
Whatever. They all feel the same to me.
Hi! Thanks for dropping by my site. I hope you'll browse around a bit and find something you like. My genre is hard to define, but it's closest to urban fantasy. Except set in the rural world, for the most part. It's a blend of soft science fiction, fantasy, and in my current work, near-future post-collapse.
This can work so well to start a story… I like how you see them as seeds.
Thanks for dropping in 🙂 I’ll try to get in on the FF fun more often.
